I’m a sauce girl, always have been. Since saucin’ it up makes it almost impossible to eat neatly, my motto has become “messy food is good food”. I’ve been making this sauce for years, copying my mum’s recipe (with a tweak or two) and adding it to everrrrything. It’s one of those magical ingredients that just makes everything better. Got a burger? Add this sauce. Eating some curry and rice? Add the sauce. Need a dip for pizza? This sauce. You get the idea. Make this sauce!
