Individual Counselling
During your first meeting, your therapist will conduct an assessment where they'll learn about your goals, challenges, priorities, areas for growth and more.
Each meeting after this will serve as an opportunity to continue to build your therapeutic relationship as you work on developing effective strategies for positive change.
Initial and ongoing appointments are 50 minutes long for individual counselling.

Couple's and Family Counselling
Work together as a couple or family with your therapist to effectively manage your struggles and strengthen relationships moving forward.
Family pricing is customized to meet your unique needs. Ask us for a quote!
$200 couple's initial appointment
75 minutes
$175 couple's follow up appointment
50 minutes
