Hi! My name is Alia Virjee and I’m so happy you’re here!
I’m a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Tangible Wellness. I love chocolate chip cookies and a good cup of chai. I also really believe in embracing simplicity through our diets. Eating well in real life can be a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. With all the misinformation out there, I know how hard it is to determine a path that’s healthy and right for you. I can help with that!
I have a Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition (MScFN) from Western University and over 12 years of experience helping hundreds of people achieve their best health. I rely on the trusted relationship between me and my clients to collaboratively help you find your balance and create a tailored plan that works for you.
I get it. I know that setting nutrition goals is easy, but implementing them into your real life is hard. I see it as my job to support you with that.
Hi! My name is Manya Arora and I'm a Registered Dietitian fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
As a dedicated professional, I promote wellness through personalized nutrition support and provide tools to help you achieve long-term success.
I graduated from Western University with an Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics. Post-graduation, I completed a collaborative Professional Master’s Diploma and dietetic internship program with Toronto Metropolitan University and North York General Hospital.
I lead with curiosity, kindness, and honesty to provide individualized nutrition counseling and education to help groups and individuals achieve their health goals. In my life, I enjoy cooking new plant-based recipes, biking, and playing soccer and tennis.
Whether you are looking to manage a specific health condition or simply feel your best, we can work together to meet your unique nutritional needs and preferences.
Our Social Workers
HI! my name is Daniela Boeri and I am a registered Social Worker. I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Individual, Family, and Group Counselling.
My counselling approach is embedded in a respect for diversity and authenticity. I allow my empathetic curiosity to develop useful and meaningful conversations with clients in a warm and non-judgmental manner. Guided by compassion and openness, I strive to create a collaborative, respectful space where clients can recognize and reconnect with their strengths and values, while emphasizing and empowering voice and choice.
I am specialized in working with people experiencing a variety of concerns, in particular depression, anxiety, grief & loss, parenting stress, and child/adolescent stress, with a special interest in working with parents, children/adolescents, and people from marginalized communities. I have over 10 years of experience working in community settings and in the health sector, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches, most notably Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I believe in the importance of self-care - I enjoy spending time with my kids, quiet early mornings with a cup of tea, being in nature, and anything food related, such as cooking and trying new foods!
