Tangible Wellness has a regular 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy applies to both in person and virtual telepractice sessions. There will be no charge applied, or a fee deducted from your package if a message is received by phone, email, text, or a conversation is had 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time.

 

If phone call, message or conversation is received after the 24-hour time frame, a full session fee will apply.
